Each class video is a comprehensive lesson for students aiming to get in shape and stay in shape, with exercises for footwork, turning, jumping, coordination, balance, adagio, and overall strength. Like in a regular live class you will hear corrections and explanations, which will help you to work on your technique and artistry. Unlike in a regular class you will be able to rewind, repeat and practice any of the exercises. In my upcoming Variations and How-To videos you will find a treasure trove of valuable tips.

#2 Intermediate Pointe / Barre & Center

This pointe class consists of 2 parts – barre and center. Barre offers exercises for strengthening and proper ways of executing steps. Center includes combinations to a variety of tempi with the focus on the quality of movement, pirouettes and other aspects of pointe technique. The barre workout alone is good for strength and skills for pointework. 45 minutes in length.

A comprehensive class for dancers and students aiming to stay in shape. It will help with developing skills needed to perform to a variety of tempi and variety of styles seen in classical ballet. It offers exercises for strength, coordination, fast footwork, and all other aspects of technique including turning and jumping. 64 minutes in length.

It offers more exercises for strength, coordination, fast footwork and all other elements of technique. It includes a long adagio, a variety of turns and jumps with and without beats. 72 minutes in length.

A slow tempo class for former dancers, ballet enthusiasts and students who have been out of rigorous practice. Simple combinations are designed to offer a head-to-toe workout at the barre and at the center. It includes light jumps, easy turns, and lively steps. This class will be beneficial for posture, muscle tone and grace of movement. 65 minutes in length.

A long barre practice to moderate tempo designed to offer a head-to-toe workout for dancers and students aiming to stay in shape. It offers exercises for strength, coordination, footwork and balance. The class is a good daily exercise, a warm-up before a show or a long day of rehearsals. 40 minutes in length.
